We invite everybody in for a free trial class to find out what we are all about.  It's your chance to see for yourself what sets us apart.  Whether you decide to come back for more or not is entirely up to you.

This class is all strength and no cardio.  Beginners welcome as all exercises can be adapted to your level. We run classes 4-days per week.
