Z-Con
Our Zenith Condtioning classes are a staple style of training at Zenith Fitness. Every day we hold a variety of high intensity Z-Con workouts that mix strength and cardio to burn fat and build up your fitness level.
Z-LIft
All weights and no cardio! These are great for gaining strength, muscle and definition no matter who you are.
These classes also build bone strength and help prevent osteoporosis.
Boxercise
Combines boxing technique (bags and pads) with some high intensity training.
Led by our expert boxing coach, this is a fun class designed to get the heart rate up and teach you key boxing moves.
Competition Club
Our competition club pushes you a little harder. We challenge you against the clock to complete a Hybrid workout.
When there are competitions coming up, we focus on training for these including Hyrox, Battle Cancer and Turf Games.
Yoga
Our yoga class focusses on relaxation and flexibility.
It is a great complement to our HIIT and strength classes to help stretch your muscles and improve mobility.
Personal Training
We offer personal training, for all levels and abilities. Whether you are new to the gym and would like extra guidance, training for your next Hyrox, or just seeking extra progression, we're here to help.
