I am a beginner, are your classes suitable

Absolutely.  Many of our members were complete beginners when they joined us.  All of our workouts can be adapted to your level.  Our expert coaches are there to give you extra guidance and support when you need it.

What age range are your classes suitable for?

Our youngest adult member is 16, while our eldest is in their mid 70s.   We really are for everybody.  The majority of our members are in their 30s , 40s and 50s.

Question 3

If I sign up for the 21 Day Offer, when will it start?

Accepted Answer

Your 21 Days will start on the day you attend your first class, not the day you pay.  So feel free to start when you are ready. Once we receive your payment and your start date, we will set you up on our membership app and you will be sent an email with your link to get started and book all of your classes.

What classes are included in the 21 Day Offer?

You can attend as many classes as you like.  Our classes include, Z-Con (HIIT) classes, Z-Lift (Strength) classes, Boxercise, Competition Club and Yoga.  You will also have access to our Open Gym outside of class times.

Question 5

What happens after the 21 Days?

That's entirely up to you.  There is no obligation to join.  If you enjoy your three weeks with us, we very much hope you choose to join us, but only because you want to come back for more.

Question 6

How long is the minimum contract term?

Our minimum contract length is 12 weeks, with a 4 week notice period, so you are not tied in for the long term.

How much are your membership fees?

We have 3 membership options, all of which cost less than a single Personal Trainer session, while you get unlimited access to our expert PTs.

If you are unable to commit to a membership, you can purchase either a 5 or a 10 class pack which give you complete flexibility.

Tell me about your competition training

We are a Hyrox affiliated gym and also enter many teams into competitions including Turf Games and Battle Cancer.  Our Competition Club classes are geared towards training our teams for whichever event is upcoming.  But these classes are not just for those taking part in competitions, any member can attend if they want to challenge themselves.
